About
Robert Francis is a writer, educator, and researcher whose work centers on the far right, syncretic politics, anti-authoritarian movements, and international struggles for justice. He operates at the intersection of political theory, historical analysis, and cultural critique—creating work that bridges academic insight with accessible, real-world relevance.
He is the creator of The Right Podcast, a multimedia platform featuring interviews, video essays, and critical commentary on far-right ideologies, red-brown convergence, and emerging currents on the political left. His writing has appeared in Common Dreams, Tempest, and on Substack, and he has been featured on a range of independent media outlets.
Robert’s teaching experience spans K–12 education, adult continuing education, and adjunct college instruction. He has also worked with historical societies and contributed to public history initiatives, including Jews in New Haven, Volume VIII.
Rooted in the punk and hardcore scene of his youth, he carries forward a DIY ethos and commitment to political honesty that informs all of his work.
